Seago approaches his 3rd release of the year like the 2 before, and the one right after: With a ton of swag. Seago, the artist whom I rummaged the internet trying to find information on after hearing this song, delivers another installment off of his forthcoming album "Silver" and it is absolutely incredible. Doing some research to try to find more about Seago, I also found that he's got an incredible visual presence to go along with his music, and it was the short video of this song on his instagram that piqued my interest in him.
Seago's vocal is immaculate. I feel like it carries the essence of Bakar, but with a little bit more energy. The track runs for about 1:40, and Seago is skating over the instrumental the entire time. It has a certain bounce about it that keeps you from sitting still and the hook is absolutely magentizing, keeping you running the song back over and over again to shout "IT WAS A CHEAP SHOT!" in unison with Seago. The track is absolutely electric, and from the jump, has very high highs and stays there for the entirety of the listen.
If this is a true preview of what Seago's upcoming project is going to be like, I'm not sure how much longer I'm willing to wait for. It's baffling to me that Seago isn't bigger than he is, but I'm certain that if he continues to make music of this caliber, he'll be a household name before we know it.
