Just like many of our favorites here at Barely Everything, Kinfu is an artist hailing from the great city on Minneapolis, MN. He is infrequently appearing, but often working which is why every time he drops a song, we know it's going to be crazy. The latest installment to his already impressive discography is his newest single "Daisies" and it is just continued proof to the claim that he has been working very intently at making all of his tracks sound better than the last, or whatever else you're listening to right now.
Daisies is an energy filled pop single that paints a picture of the happiness that love brings, illustrates the intricacies of young love, and explains what it looks and feels like to be completely enamored with the idea of a significant other. The high energy instrumental very well compliments his smooth vocal, and the vocal effects applied add the hint of flavor that keeps you revisiting this track mindlessly. Kinfu's vocal range is actually kind of insane, and every note hits resonates through the speakers in a way that indescribable.
Kinfu is growing into an easy favorite of mine, and is just another face on the signpost of the many talented artists that MN breeds. We hope that this is only a small portion of his music that we're getting this year, but we know that whatever's next, whenever it comes, it's going to be STELLAR. Keep going, Kin'!
